This page is for participant registration for INHPF member organizations (Full Members and Associate Members), network partner organizations, and invited guests.
Those who fall under these categories are kindly requested to register through this page.

1. Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

A. Purpose of Collection The Event Secretariat collects personal information for the purposes of confirming event registration, managing participants, operating and providing information about the event, delivering notices and notifications, responding to inquiries and complaints, verifying participants' identities, communicating event-related information, and providing updates on the results of inquiries or requests. B. Personal Information Collected The Event Secretariat collects the following minimum personal information required for event registration and operation: Required Information : Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Affiliation, Position/Title, Participation Channel C. Period of Use and Retention The Event Secretariat will retain and use the collected personal information for one (1) year after the conclusion of the event for event operation and for providing information and promotional materials regarding future identical or similar events. Personal information will be destroyed without delay when the retention period expires, the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, or the information is otherwise no longer required. D. Consent to the Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing For the efficient operation of the event and handling of personal information, the Event Secretariat outsources certain personal information processing activities as follows: Service Provider / Outsourced Services MEC&WIP Co., Ltd. / Operation of the 2026 INHPF General Assembly & Global Health Promotion Symposium and its official website E. Right to Refuse Consent and Possible Disadvantages You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you do not consent to the collection and use of the minimum personal information required for event participation and operation, your participation in the event may be restricted. F. Other Provisions All matters concerning the protection of personal information shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
