About INHPF

About INHPF

Established in 1999, the International Network of Health Promotion Foundations (INHPF) is a global network
dedicated to advancing sustainable, transnational health promotion and fostering healthier, more resilient
communities worldwide. Guided by its core vision of strengthening international health promotion efforts, INHPF
harnesses collaborative action to drive positive, long-term health impacts.

The network brings together statutory health promotion foundations, government bodies, and key partner
organizations across Australia (VicHealth, Healthway, Health and Wellbeing Queensland, Preventive Health SA),
the Republic of Korea (KHEPI), Singapore (HPB), Taiwan (HPA), Thailand (ThaiHealth), and Tonga (TongaHealth).
Through close partnerships with global health leaders, academia, and civil society, the network strengthens each
country's institutional capacity by leveraging shared knowledge and expertise.

INHPF serves as a vital platform for exchanging best practices in foundation governance, sustainable health
promotion funding mechanisms, and evidence-based policy development.
Member organizations actively collaborate on pressing global public health priorities, including non-
communicable disease (NCD) prevention, tobacco and alcohol control, digital health innovation, health equity,
and the creation of health-promoting environments.

Through continuous international dialogue and impactful joint initiatives, INHPF remains committed to
translating shared expertise into actionable policies—uniting efforts worldwide to build a healthier future for all.
